Our holistic approach to Pilates combines the deep 'core' stabilising effects of the physical practice together with relaxation and mindfulness. Please cancel more than 4 hours prior to the start time of your class to ensure a refund. Any bookings cancelled within 4 hours of the class start time will not be refunded. Classes will start promptly at the time shown; to ensure the very best exeperience for all participants we will not be permitting any one to enter the class once it has started.
