Welcome. However you have come to find us, we are so glad you are here. If you are a beginner or an experienced yogi we have classes to suit you. We offer classes for every level of ability, mobility, fitness and experience.
You can browse, book and manage all of your classes online or via our mobile app.
Simply download our app from the Apple or Google app stores (search 'Daily Bread Yoga') OR click the tab below to go our booking partner - Wellness Living.
Select your first class and choose your payment option - you will be asked to create an account and password to continue. Your account will be yours to use when booking and managing classes/passes moving forward.

We recommend all newcomers try our 30 Days for £30 introductory offer.
This will give you the opportunity to attend an unlimited amount group classes, experience the different class styles, meet our teaching team and find out which classes you resonate with - people are often surprised which styles they come to love.

Why 30 Days? Why not offer a trial class?
Your first class may not be easy, in fact it can be pretty challenging the first time physically and mentally. This, together with the fact you may not have found the yoga style for you first time means that a single class will not give your a true experience of what it is to practice yoga. We recommend coming at least twice a week for x4 weeks to begin feeling positive change on your mat and in life.
Can anybody do yoga?
The short answer is yes. It's a case of finding the right kind of practice to suit you - whether that's an energetic flow class or a relaxing meditative style practice.
How do I know which class to choose?
We have a wide range of class styles, please read the class descriptions or talk to us directly about your needs - we would be really happy to help guide you through the options.
I'm a beginner, where do I start?
We would suggest starting with either a traditional Yoga class, Relax & Release Yoga, Pilates or Yin Yoga. These are all-level classes suitable for beginners.
Do I need to bring my own mat?
You're very welcome to however we have an extensive range of mats and props at the studio which you are welcome to use.
What should I wear?
Anything you feel comfortable in and can move freely. We suggest wearing layers which are easy to add/remove and please remember that we practice barefoot (or with socks) but no shoes are allowed in the studio itself.
Where do I park?
There is 2 hours of free parking on the Bromsgrove Retail Park which is a few doors down. There is also limited road parking directly outside and on the surrounding roads.
